Congregation Beth Sholom invites you to remember your loved ones in our 5786 Yizkor Book of Remembrance. The Yizkor Book is distributed during each of the four Yizkor memorial services throughout the year: Yom Kippur, Shemini Atzeret, the last day of Pesach, and the second day of Shavuot. Each book contains special readings, prayers, and a memorial list of our dearly departed. Including your loved ones in the Yizkor Book is a dignified way of remembering and paying tribute to those who came before.
Please submit this form with your payment by Friday, July 25, to ensure that the names of your loved ones are included in the 5786 Yizkor Book. Thank you for your participation in this tradition.

If your loved one’s name is already inscribed on our Yahrzeit Wall, their name is automatically included in the Yizkor Book, and no action is needed.
